Job Description
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person to employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Support the IT team in managing and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure.
- Participate in IT projects, including software upgrades, system backups, and network security initiatives.
- Document and track support requests using the company’s helpdesk system.
- Assist in the management of IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth IT operations and address any technical challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT support.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
