Sales Property Advisor
As a Sales Property Advisor with The Pearl Gates, you will be a key contributor to the success of our property sales team. Your primary responsibilities include engaging with clients, understanding their property needs conducting property viewings, acquiring property listings, and closing deals with prospective tenants and guiding them through the home buying process. The Sales Property Advisor will play a crucial role in presenting available residential properties, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring a seamless transaction for both buyers and sellers.
Your Role:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for property owners and prospective tenants.
- Schedule and conduct property Viewing and effectively communicate property features and benefits.
- Provide detailed information about the property and address any inquiries to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Proactively identify and secure new property listings for sale.
- Collaborate with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for compelling listings.
- Ensure accurate and appealing property descriptions and images to attract potential buyers.
- Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
- Negotiate sale terms and conditions to achieve successful deal closures.
- Facilitate the sales process, including drafting and reviewing sales agreements.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Provide market insights to clients, assisting them in making well-informed purchasing decisions.
- Adapt sales strategies based on market dynamics to maximize success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners and potential buyers.
- Act as a point of contact throughout the sales process, addressing client concerns and inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure all sales transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review sales agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Facilitate the documentation process with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and sales transactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities to management.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the home-buying process, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and administrative staff, to enhance the visibility of residential properties and streamline the sales process.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the overall success and growth of the sales division.
Required Attributes :
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Property Advisor or in a similar real estate sales role.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, sales techniques, and legal requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
