As the Oilfield Equipment HR Director – Sub Sahara Africa, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring Compensation Cost and Workforce planning are line with business activities.
- Developing Business HR Region Strategy.
- Partnering with HR COE (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, Learning & Development, Talent Management) and ensuring smooth execution
- Leading succession planning for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines.
- Driving strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain competent and diverse talent, Global Mobility, Inclusion & Diversity Strategy
- Leading localization projects in collaboration with the Product Company and Product Lines
- Coaching Senior Leadership
- Owning Workforce Planning – Short, Mid, Long Term – for OFE in SSA
- Providing timely, effective and direct coaching to client group managers, assisting in the development of world class, contemporary leadership skills
- Executing change Management Initiatives and partnering with Global Product Line on Competencies Management
- Providing leadership team with appropriate coaching, mentoring and development
- Partnering with Global Product Line on Competencies Management

- Counseling clients on HR policies, procedures and programs. Provides leadership team with appropriate coaching, mentoring and development
- Handling ad hoc projects and tasks, as assigned
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from accredited university or college.
- Be a good communicator and be fluent in English
- Have at least 8 years’ experience in a variety of Human Resource positions with increasing scope in various countries across Africa
- Have significant work experience in global multinational organizations or NGO with more than 30.000 employees
- Have certain professional certifications may be required
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Be available to travel up to 40% of the time
- Have a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate ( please indicate clearly on resume) for Nigerian applicants
