Dr. Okey Enelamah, the Honourable Minister
of Industry, Trade, and Investment today delivered a rousing Keynote Address at
The Platform.
Enelamah who spoke on the topic, ‘Wanted: A new tribe to
build the Nigeria of our dreams’, engaged participants on the exigency of doing
things differently while intimating participants on the core pillars of his
Ministry which include creating an enabling business environment, demonstrating
a readiness to tread the road less travelled, and inspiring a committed
generation to make change happen.
“The vision
of our government is to make Nigeria one of the easiest, safest and most
attractive countries in the world to live and operate in,” said
Enelamah.
“Using the principle of ‘inversion’ or ‘thinking backward’, we
want to systematically remove all the bottlenecks and obstacles that make life
difficult for our people and businesses.”
