Wonders shall never end. Last Friday, Mr. Jude, a resident of Anthony
area of Lagos was drunk to the extent that he forgot his own car, a
Toyota Camry 2010 Model, at a beer parlour only to wake up around
03:30am on Saturday morning to misinform the police that his car had
been stolen from where it was parked at his residence.

Funny enough, when the car was recovered, police had to detain him, the owner.
The police in investigating the theft sent detectives out to the area.
Investigations revealed that no car had entered nor exited the
enclosure, where the vehicle was allegedly stolen.
Close investigation into the life style of the complainant revealed that he is a drunkard.
This prompted police officers to visit the beer parlour where he was
alleged to have rendezvoused the night before he made a report of
missing car to the police.
The car was recovered few meters away from the beer parlour with every part of the vehicle intact.
Mr. Jude was detained briefly by the police. He was later counselled and released to go home.
