The 5th Edition of Otunba (Mrs.) ‘Debola Osibogun National Essay Competition for Undergraduates in Nigeria Tertiary Institutions : Request for Awareness Creation and Participation
We are pleased to inform you of the 5th Edition of the Otunba (Mrs.) ‘Debola Osibogun National Essay Competition for undergraduates in Nigeria Tertiary Institutions and to kindly request that you extend an invitation to all eligible students in your institution to avail themselves of this unique opportunity.
The topic for this year’s Edition is “The Future of Work in the Global Financial Services Industry” and the receipt of entries will close on June 30, 2022.
The Competition was designed to broaden the knowledge as well as improve the writing skills of students. It is opened to all Final Year (4th year and HND II) and penultimate year (3rd year and NHD I) undergraduates of the Management Sciences/Business Administration and other allied disciplines such as Economics, Actuarial Science, Insurance and Marketing of Universities and Polytechnics.
The entries would thereafter be assessed and the ten (10) with highest scores shortlisted for the Second stage.
The best three (3) entries will thereafter be chosen to decide the Overall Winner, 1st and 2nd Runner up.
Winners will be presented with their awards at the Annual CIBN Graduates’ Induction and Prize Awards ceremony scheduled to hold on August 27, 2022.
Entry for the Competition is free and participating students are required to submit online via nationalessay@cibng.org. The essay which should be a minimum of 1000 and maximum of 1200 words, must be original as plagiarized works would be disqualified.
