The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme is a 12-month, on-the-job youth empowerment partnership initiative between the Federal Government of Nigeria and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Specifically, it is pertinent to note that the programme seeks to place 20,000 skilled Nigerian graduates under the age of 30, into jobs in the private and public sectors nationwide. The jobs will last for 12 months and will be fully paid.
The goals of the program include; improving employability, building useful career and leadership skills in young graduates, connecting employers and potential employees.
